Spare Fruit

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Spare Fruit rescue beautiful British surplus produce – simply the wrong size, shape or colour to meet supermarket grades – and transform it into healthy award-winning 100% fruit crisps - rescuing consumers from bad snackidents in the process. They support small British farms and enable them to become more sustainable, environmentally and financially whilst tackling and raising awareness of food waste amongst millions of people. Since 2016, Spare Fruit have already rescued over 15 tonnes of unwanted fruit. Their crisps are deliciously air-dried (not fried), high fibre, low calorie with absolutely nothing added.
