Macneil's Smokehouse

We are an artisan small scale producer making small batches of smoked salmon and other delicacies at our smokehouse in the Midlands. Using our vintage imported Norwegian smoker and beech wood, our products are all made to our own recipes. We use Norwegian techniques learnt from many years working and living on the fjords and only the finest Scottish sustainably sourced salmon with a little chef's know-how. Our cure and smoke processes are unique and produce the most delicious melt in the mouth products that have won several awards.
